An animals natural instinct is to turn to nature for healing. Animals are intuitively attracted to the gentle, non-invasive flow of energy as they can choose to accept or decline the energy and have the freedom to control the conditions of the treatment.
Working with the animals energy centres across their body the animal is attracted to the flow of the energy and senses that it cannot harm, stress or cause discomfort. They trust in the energy to accelerate the healing process which may produce powerful results which also benefits their human friends closest to them.
Reiki helps heal emotional, mental, behavioural and physical injuries and illnesses. It eases the passing-over process for the animal and the loved-one left behind.
For healthy animals, a regular balancing of the energy centres helps maintain good health and overall well-being.

The Treatment.
A treatment is as individual as the animal/person and results cannot be predicted although miracles happen.
Depending on the circumstances and location, a practitioners hands are placed lightly on or near various parts of the body different positions being used according to the condition, comfort and preference of the animal or person - with the duration dictated by the animal.
